Multi-Factor Authentication
A second identity check before learners and staff open content.

Multi-factor authentication asks for a second proof of identity before someone opens the content library or an administrative console. A password on its own is not treated as enough for accounts that can reach rosters, recordings, or unpublished lessons.
The extra check can be required at sign-in, or only when a person takes a more sensitive action. It is set up to work on the devices a classroom actually uses.
What it covers
- A second factor for students, teachers, and staff
- Protection for the content library and admin consoles
- An extra check for sensitive actions
- Sign-in that fits classroom devices
